the7stars foundation, set up in 2016, seeks to fund charities and projects that support young people aged 16 and under. The foundation addresses the needs of young people across the United Kingdom who are surviving abuse, living with the effects of addiction, at risk of homelessness, or caring for a loved one as a young carer.

Through regular benchmarking - such as the All in Census Survey – we avoid assumptions. We also have our own internal Diversity Survey to ensure people's concerns regarding equality and diversity are acted upon, as well as reporting our Pay Gap.
Positive Impact
As a Good Business Charter accredited company, we go above and beyond to ensure that our business practices are as ethical and sustainable as possible.
From partnering with Just One Tree and ICT Reverse to plant trees every year, to measuring and offsetting our scopes 1, 2, and 3 emissions with verified carbon offset projects, we ensure that we’re doing all we can to protect the planet.
We even source our coffee through Old Spike Roastery, a social enterprise that supports homelessness in the UK, and all our coffee beans are then recycled through bio bean that turns those grounds into various products.
